Working at eve
Eve is a dynamic and inspiring place to work. Our staff support women and children who are victims of domestic violence and abuse to develop the skills, knowledge and attributes necessary to become survivors. We provide information, advice, guidance and support for women and children who are survivors of domestic abuse through crisis refuge support, community based support and through our own intensive, holistic, rehabilitation and recovery programme called Restored.

Domestic Abuse Practitioner (Family Support/Relief)
(1 x 37 hours per week. This is a 2 year fixed term post in the first instance)
£19,817- £21,697 per annum. Ref: DAP0418CM
Occupational Therapy Support Worker,
(1 x 20 hours per week. This is a 1 year fixed term post in the first instance)
Pro rata of £15,598 – £17,102 per annum. Ref: OTSW.0418CM
Fresh Start Facilitator
(Sessional Work – facilitating up to 2 x 3 hour sessions per week. This is a 1 year fixed term post in the first instance)
£12.12per hour. Ref: FSF.0418CM
(1 x 20 hours per week. This is a 1 year fixed term post for Maternity Cover in the first instance)
Pro rata of £16,774 per annum. Ref: AD.0418CM
All these posts are subject to a background disclosure check at Enhanced level by the Disclosure and Barring Scheme before any appointment can be confirmed.
Working as part of a team, and in partnership with other organisations, you will be a dynamic, positive and energetic individual who has the proven abilities to relate to vulnerable people on many different levels. Our ideal candidates will have understanding of domestic violence, family support work and relevant training and experience for their role. They will be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a multi agency setting. You will have good interpersonal skills, a readiness to work alongside others and will be committed to the principles of inclusiveness and empowerment. Domestic Abuse Practitioner, Occupational Therapy Support Worker and Fresh Start Facilitators will be required to work flexibly, including evenings and some weekends and to be a car driver with exclusive use of a vehicle during working hours or be able to demonstrate ability to travel around the county effectively.
